- I always reference this formula when I'm getting started and staring at the blank whiteboard. Love this! These are two other helpful formulas I like to use:
Objective Formula: Verb + What you want to do + In order to/for/so that (what you hope to achieve).
KR Formula: Verb + what you’re going to measure + from “x to y”
I like resources like the one you've shared. There's often a bunch of Microsoft documentation that can feel overwhelming. You've highlighted one definitely worth a CTRL+D.
Have you seen Copilot in action on this yet? I'm curious if it follows the standard formula. Frequently, breaking through the silence of a blank page is one of the harder parts of writing... I'd be curious if it creates something good enough to revise.

I have been able to play with Copilot w/in viva goals a little bit and it really does a good job following the objective and key results formulas that both Linsey and I mentioned. Many times, you can use the suggestions provided by copilot as well as make changes if you need. It's really exciting to see and can't wait for it to be released!
