How can I get the HCK?
Is there a location where the Windows Hardware Certification Kit v8.1 can be downloaded? The DevCenter now only appears to have HLK available.
I believe I need the HCK in order to get drivers signed that will work with Windows Server 2012 R2 and earlier, correct?
