Windows 2016 automatic refresh failed

Hello,

I have come across this issue on my terminal server, every few days on the server manager I get a red flag that automatic refresh failed. The only thing being impacted to my knowledge is remote desktop services collections NS. The only known fix is rebooting the server. I have tried the following with no success. 

C:\Windows\System32

dir /a /S *.MOF

cd AutoRecover

for /f %s in ('dir /b *.mof *.mfl') do mofcomp %s

i tried a sfcscan /now as well

I also have tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth did not work
