WAC SSO edge and chrome not working

I have setup a WAC cluster with the script. I have added the url both with just the hostname and the fqdn to the local intranet zone. I can SSO into WAC but then when I try to access a server the authentication fails.

I have setup RBCD with the WAC cluster resource as allowed to deletegate.  It does not allow double hop and I even doubt it is using kerberos at all.

I do get a keberos ticket for the WAC url so I dont understand why it does not allow the forward.
