WAC in HA Events lacking User ID

Based on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/manage/windows-admin-center/use/logging I'd expect to see more detailed usage logging, however I'm not seeing anything in Microsoft-Server...

You're right, we don't currently do user-based logging such that you can see what a user is doing.
