WAC Error Couldn’t start Docker (Container)

I'm currently getting an error when utilizing the Container Plugin for WAC (Windows Admin Center). It was working recently until I upgraded Docker for Windows to the latest version. I can access and use Docker for Windows via RDP, but managing containers on WAC pops up the following error (see image)
