[WAC] Disable connection to microsoft server

I am currently evaluating using Windows Admin Center in our on-prem daracenter.

I was very surprised to see that WAC tries to connect to microsofts servers

I disabled every possible option/telemtetry/auto-update feature and azure connection in the settings, but it still connects to microsofts servers.

Is there any way to disable it? Otherwise I will not be able to use this tool in our environment.
