After moving to a Gateway deployed WAC.. this issue was resolved

Zendorea -- I'm facing this same error. Question, when you say a "Gateway deployed WAC" what do you mean exactly. I deployed WAC on a 2019 Server and that server is recognized in WAC as a gateway server. Is there another step i missed somewhere?
