WAC 1910 Cluster Creation: How to create a full hyper converged cluster

I wonder how to create a full hyper converged cluster according to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/virtualization/hyper-v-virtual-switch/rdma-and-switch-embedded-teaming#bkmk_over with the current version  of the WAC 1910 Cluster Creation Preview 1.20. Yes I have understood that I cannot configure RDMA currently with WAC, but this scenario should work also without RDMA. Did I overseen something or is this simply not poosible with the current version of the extension? Any advice would be welcome.
