WAC 1809 on Windows 1809 only works with local user having local admin privaledges
I have installed the new version of WAC on my newly upgraded Win10 system and I am only able to run WAC if I have local admin rights when I launch it.
If I use WAC from my normal (non local admin/non domain admin) account it crashes. When I had the previous win10 and WAC, it would load but I would never be able to bring up the web console.
When I launch it, it does give me a UAC prompt in which case I DO use my admin account for that. However it crashes.
