Volume Tool Missing

Im all new to the WAC and im about to create a new volume to my Cluster. 

As i understand this is like a 5 minut jobb tops via the WAC, but my problem semes to be that im missing the "Volume" tool under "Storage" section. 

Anyone now what to do?
