VM Managment Problem - CredSSP - failed find SDDC

I have WAC installed on WS2019.
Everything works fine, but there is one thing it has a problem with - CredSSP or PowerShell. When I go to edit the virtual machine I don't see VHDs and Performacje information. The fields are empty.
