Update Windows Admin Center
Not able to install new Windows Admin Center v2306
MSI installer is asking for Windows Admin Center Source disk
Currently running v1.3.2204.19002 - unable to uninstall, asking for Windows Admin Center Source Disk
Not finding uninstall resource - please help

I am having the exact problem, did you ever find a resolution? I have downloaded the installer for my running version (2110.2, build 1.3.2204.19002) but that installer does not meet the needs of the unistall of the old version for some reason.

I ended up removing the app folder
This allowed me to install as new, good thing it isn't hard to add servers back in!
- Does anyone have the locations of the bits for manual uninstall?
Reg entries and files/locations so I can do a fresh install of v2306?
