Unable to get windows updates for client servers from WSUS Server

Hi ,

yesterday i did November month security updates approval for client server in WSUS server  , today i try to do windows updates (clicked Check for updates ) i haven't get any new updates .it seems New updates are not synchronous  with client servers .

can any one help me to do this
