Storage Migration Service Cut over failure

I'm trying to run Storage Migration Service to migrate Windows Server 2012 R2 (Source) to Windows Server 2019 (Destination). I am using another instance of Windows server 2019 as an orchestrator. It went through the transfer with no issues. Migration test results I am getting the following errors:

Migration test Results:

W2k12R2-FS.contoso.com-> W2K19-APPS01.contoso.com


Account that I am using  is added to local admin group on both the source and destination servers.

 

What am I doing wrong here?

    I see it was able to create MsftSmsStorMigrateSvc and add to Administrator group
    Event 5001,StorageMigrationService:
    TCutcoverTestConnectrtoSourceUsingLocalAccount result=Fail error=5 [d:\os\src\base\dms\service\Operationmanager\TestCutOverDevicepairTask.cs::TCutoverTestConnectToSourceUsingLocalAccount::578]
