Storage Migration Service 2012r2
Reading https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/storage-migration-service/overview
It says at the top it applies to Windows Server 2012 R2
But reading the requirements it says: An orchestrator server running Windows Server 2019.
Can I run Windows Admin Center > Storage Migration Services on Windows Server 2012 R2
It says it just needs WMF 5.1 for Windows Admin Center

The orchestrator server for Storage Migration Service has to be a Windows Server 2019, because no previous version of Windows Server has the Storage Migration Service features.
The "Applies to" relates to the destination servers, which are the following operating system versions:
- Windows Server, Semi-Annual Channel
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2012 R2
