Software Restriction Policies block Windows Admin Center

Software Restriction Policies applied by GPO with path rules to allow apps, blocks Windows Admin Center access.

Errors - "Perfomance class not found", "RemoteException: Cannot invoke method...", "Couldn't query the computer inventory". 

There are any setting that i can change in GPO to allow WAC?
