Software perpetual CSP

Hello all,

We are seeing a frequently error when installing perpetual windows server software in CSP. Partners get an error message 0xc004f050, same updating the latest version of windows server. It's not a network problem either, because they're connected. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thank you!
