Server 2022 fresh installs, licensed, Date and Time reset to wrong time after each reboot.

The systems can access the internet just fine. I update the time zone to Central and the time does not change. I manually change it, then reboot and it's back to the wrong time. I also see the "Some of these settings are managed by your organization" in settings -> Date & Time. I should not see that in any area of these systems in my opinion.
