Not able to open mmc showing error 2008r2 mmc snap related images attached pls suggest ggest

- Support for this version of Windows Server already ended, have a look at:

I advise you consider upgrading to the newer version of Windows Server.
Since when this problem started?
Are you facing this issue with other Snap-ins like Services, TPM Management ...?
