Programs keep Stopping

I don't know what is wrong with my system. Programs Stop Working. As you can See in the Screen Shot. What can I Do.

Since when this problem started?

Hi happening about a Month and 1/2. She I updated windows about that time as well. Disability Not sure how to fix this. NotReza_Ameri

    Is this a problem inside Windows or Windows Server?
    Try performing Clean Boot and see what the result is?

        Have you followed the steps on the website which I shared earlier?
        You should open start and search for msconfig and open it and follow steps from the website.
