Logik007 Can you share the verbose installer logs with me? Here is the command to run:

<WindowsAdminCenterInstallerName>.msi /L*v path\to\save\logfile.txt

      I can confirm with 1910.2 we had those 4 same errors across the board, with tools missing from the left pane and limited functionality.

       

      I uninstalled that and reinstalled 1910, setup the same way, and no issues at all!
