I too had an  issue with the 1910.2 version not being able to populate the Overview with server info (same 4 messages soon after adding the machine to Server Manager - 'Performance class not found', 'RemoteException: the property 'Product' cannot be found', 'Get user settings and extensions', 'Couldn't query the computer inventory'

Server was bare metal Windows 2019 Std server install on Nutanix AHV 5.10.7 

Could see some machine details such as 'Installed apps' but Powershell also error'd with winpty-agent.exe application error

 

 

Solution :

Moved from 1910.2 to 1910, (uninstalled existing, installed earlier version) re-added server (as starts off as un-configured again) and everything worked ok
