Just want to echo that I've been using Windows Admin Center for a year or 2 now and never had an issue until installing 1910.2 today.  Immediately I noticed the same issues as already described; I can access all my virtual Windows Server 2019 servers that reside on Hyper-V virtual hosts, but the Hyper-V virtual host servers (20 to 25 HPE physical servers) don't allow me to connect using WAC and now display 4 or so errors upon trying to connect.

 

Interestingly enough, 3 of our virtual hosts are Lenovo, and all 3 of those virtual hosts allow management via Windows Admin Center with seemingly no issues.

 

The Lenovo and HPE servers are configured near identical in how I've deployed them.  All Windows Server 2019 Datacenter installed as Server Core (no GUI), and all Hyper-V hosts.

 

I've uninstalled 1910.2 for now and reinstalled 1910, and everything is working again as expected.
