No way to import shared connections WAC 2.6.4

Just want to share that we have exact the same issue here, just deployed two fresh installs of WAC 2.6.4.11. Only able to import Personal connections, when trying to import Shared connections, defined in a .CSV file with groupId 'Global' it throws the error 'Only personal connections can be added'
