Kerberos Contrained Delegation and SPNs keeping WinRM from logging in

I have a few servers that I get authentication errors when I try to open with WAC.  I think its the SPNs.  The common thread appears to be a service account I have setup for authentication purposes.  The servers are web servers, sharepoint.

Does anyone else have issue with WAC on a Sharepoint Server?
