Issue with RDS CALs 2022 on a 2019 server

Dear community,

 

I have an issue with user RDS CALs 2022 - i try to use them on a 2019 Server.

I already talked with a support agent on clearing house, but they want to convince me, I did something wrong and if the licenses were installed everything is fine.

However, the RDS licenses are not issued to the logged in users:

 

 

Can someone help me resolve this?

    to reply to this myself: I called again and another supporter generated the keys, afterwards it was as expected.
