Http Error 401.2 no matter what I try.

Found articles that suggested set everything to "Anonymous Authentication" - Didn't work.

Do not find "Windows Authentication" in website "Authentication", I imagine "ASP.Net Impersonation" might be it, but didn't work either.

 

Using VS 2022 Community on same server as IIS. Only one domain login used to install and deploy everything, and it's same account used throughout for everything. Permissions to local folders have been set to allow everyone everything - not safe, and didn't work. Project builds without errors and if open .aspx pages in browser right from folder there are no issues. It's just deploying to IIS 10 or even the IIS Express built in to VS 2022.

  • Try to fix first your setting on your pc I'm thinking only the errore you see is on your pc connectivity. / Connection if this work try to pm me to know what happen.
