Gateway access issue

We are experiencing access denied messages when a user attempts to access our WAC consoles in our entire environment. 

This is the error message: Error: Connecting to remote server localhost failed with the following error message : Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic

 

We are leveraging SSO and nothing has changed on any of the WAC servers.

 

However when we run the browser as a different user and use our admin credentials we are able to access the consoles with no problem. 

 

Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful!
