I am requesting assistance with an issue we are experiencing on our server related to creating shadow copies. Below are the details of the problem:

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1. Verified that the Volume Shadow Copy Service is running.
2. Checked for any recent updates or changes in the system that might have impacted shadow copies.
3. Attempted to create shadow copies with no success manually.
4. I consulted online resources and forums but could not find a resolution.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and I am unable to create shadow copies on the specified volume.
