Extended Network Extension it is not available in Windows Admin Center

According to this documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/manage/windows-admin-center/azure/azure-extended-network I would like to use Extended Network Extension but it is not available in Windows Admin Center that I installed on Windows 2022.
Any idea? Special version of Windows Admin Center?
