Error updating WAC SSL certificate

Hello,
We have our own certificate, and it is impossible for us to update it. Once the thumbprint has been filled in, and we click on modified, a loading bar appears furtively before a message indicating "an error caused the premature end of the installation wizard". There's nothing interesting in the logs.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? WAC is up to date. And the Windows Server Core system as well. The only way to ensure that the certificate is taken is to completely reinstall WAC.
