editing license

Hello everyone, 

I work in organization & I have 2 acc 

one is admin account and the other is my personal account 

yesterday I found that I can't edit license assigned to my personal account using my admin account 

but I can edit license for any other employee using admin 

why I can't edit my personal, what happened?
