Connect to VM on Hyper-V server
I can't connect to a VM running on top of hyper-V server 2019. It just spins at connecting. Downloading the RDP file and connect that way works fine so it seems to be an admincenter issue. ...

Version 1910 is quite old and known to have bugs with the Hyper-V and RDP extensions.
Upgrade to the latest Windows Admin Center (currently 2406 or later). and try again.
