Cluster creation preview 1.20 hangs at SDN - 5.8 Review

Hello,

I'm trying to deploy a SDN test environment with WAC 1910 and the Cluster Creation Preview 1.20. S2D deployment ended successfully. However if I try to deploy my SDN environment the process hangs at step 5.8 Review. Since hours only dots running in a circle. No errors, no notifications.

It's a nested Hyper-V environment with 3 nodes in the cluster.
