Can't Hide/Remove Azure Monitor

I have one instance of WAC 1910 running that I use for a restricted subset of users, ie. I have removed nearly all extensions except a subset that I want them using. That list is:

• Events
• Files
• Processes
• Scheduled Tasks
• Services

In spite of this, with 1910 installed, every server continues to have Azure Monitor appear in the list of manageable areas, and clicking on it prompts to sign in to Azure. I would like to hide this item, but I can't find any place to do this.

Is there any solution or workaround I can do to achieve this?
