Cannot start Windows Admin Center

Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and make sure include the screenshot.

I can't even open WAC webpage, immediately errors are displayed on right upper corner and cannot do anything, only link to go to main page which is not working. I just upgraded my Windows 10 last time, this must be related to the newest windows 10 update.

  For this reason, I asked you to submit a feedback through the Feedback Hub app , have you done that?

  I got mine working. The account I was using to access the web page was not a local admin on the server hosting the web site. Once I added it worked without issue. I then added a local group for access and removed my account from local admins.
