Cannot access AD Management Centre

I have two servers 2016 and on 2019 that are working as Domain controllers. Today, when I tried to access the AD Management Centre, the domain appears in red, and when I click on the domain, it says that it could not have access to the object. (I don’t have the exactly error because it is another language). If I open users and computers of the active directory, I can do it, but not by the AD Management Centre.

The event log, only shows the Event ID 5719 source NETLOGON, 7009 from Service control Manager that Could not start ADWS, and finally a warning with Event ID 36886 from Schannel

I don’t have a clue about what is this happening. I already reboot one of the servers, but there is no change. Users can log in to their computers and access the shared resources.
