Azure backup MSOnlineBackup was not loaded

I want to setup an azure backup for my Window server 2022 using windows Admin Center and I am getting this error message :

RemoteException: The specified module 'MSOnlineBackup' was not loaded because no valid module file was found in any module directory.

I don't' know what to do , any help to solve this issue will be gladly appreciated , thanks
