Admin Center Alerts

Hi,

I am trying to look for ways of setting up alerts in Windows Admin Center.  Is there a possibility of getting email alerts from Windows Center if Servers, Clusters or other are down or experiencing performance issues? 

I am not looking to pay for Azure monitor however.
