Add Disk metric to server landing page

On WAC, you get CPU, LAN and Memory metrics in live graphs. Is there a way to get (not so 'live') disk metrics? Pie charts showing disk space used/free etc?

I asumme this hasnt be added due to the potential number of disks a server might have. Can it be done through an extension?
