WSUS cleaning tool beyond built in option for \WsusContent folder space recovery

I have a 2019 std server running WSUS. The drive usage is reaching 300 GB at the \Wsuscontent folder. I have run the server cleanup wizard multiple times but not much space is recovered not sure this...
