Hi, Is it possible to upgrade to Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard or Datacenter from windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise? I've also checked in our Microsoft Volume license center and couldn't find...

An in-place upgrade is possible, but never recommended. Steps would vary depending on roles or applications involved.
