Windows Server unable to install Cumulative update 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5066782)
Hi All, Unable to install the above update. I tried things like sfc/scan, dism tool features but non works. all other updates install except the above. Tried running the update manually but failed. ...
Do an in-place update leaving files in place. That fixed whatever was broken.
To enter recovery boot
reagentc /boottore
shutdown /r /t 0
From the recovery boot command line
dism.exe /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
