Windows Server Manager won't open but running in Task Manager

Hi!   I have an issue regarding Server Manager and Active Directory Administrative Center. Both window won't open when you click it but still running on the background when you open task manager ...

    Hi Dave,

    Got the answer already it seems that the Antivirus is the cause.
    Recreated the issue on a test environment and the fix was upgrading the AV client to a higher version.

  1. Try rebooting
  2. Try from another (or new) user account in case of profile corruption
