Windows Server does not remove features Urgent

Good afternoon.
We use Windows Server 2022 Standard and I'm having problems with the Remote Desktop license, I can't use the standard license that comes with Windows itself, following some forums and even on Dell's recommendation, they say that we have to remove the Remote Desktop Service , but after restarting the service is installed again. Can anyone help me, we purchase 2 Dell Power Edge R250 Servers.
