Windows Server 2022 Remote File Server Acceleration

We are currently building AD on Azure with Windows Server 2022.

We have a VPN connection with the remote base for access.

But the connection at the base is not faster (about 10Mbps) due to the building, so it becomes slow when we use different computers or share files on the file server.

When logging in for the first time, it's too slow.
(User files are set to redirect)

We are considering installing a Windows Server on the base side to speed up the process.

What kind of technology would you use in this case?

Replication is not expected to be fast enough since it usually accesses the server on Azure.

Also, there is BranchCache, but I wonder if it is possible to achieve this with BranchCache.

I would appreciate any advice you could give me.

Thank you in advance.
