I think I found a solution. It was my own error when setting up IPs on teamed network adapter. I was misled by an output of 'ipconfig /all' which shows multiple IPs assigned to a network adapter. Therefore, I was entering clustered file server roles IPs into team network adapters as additional IPs. I resolved it by entering only node IPs on teamed network adapter. Afterwards, roles came online successfully.
