Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition: unable create a ODBC source

I need create a ODBC datasource on the server for a IIS web site. Using the ODBC Data Sources (64-bit) don't have any error but DSN is not create. If I use powershell the same problem (and no error...

Your screenshot creates a 64-bit System DSN using the Access driver and an ACCDB file. First run Get-OdbcDriver -Platform '64-bit' and confirm that the exact Access driver name is registered. Then check the System DSN list explicitly with Get-OdbcDsn -DsnType System -Platform '64-bit'. Record the installed Access Runtime or Office version before attempting a repair; Microsoft's documentation identifies combinations where the engine is not exposed to external applications. There is also an important architecture limitation: the Access Database Engine is not intended for server-side programs handling multiple users concurrently or expecting stateless behavior. Consequently, making the DSN appear would not establish that this IIS application is a supported deployment. For production, discuss moving the data to SQL Server with the application developer. The silent creation failure still needs driver-version and installation details; it is not evidence of an Azure Edition restriction.
