Hello colleagues. Please, help!! I contacted Nvidia support for this error and told me to write to you. Can you help what could be the reason

Because the crash involves dwm.exe/udwm.dll and an NVIDIA GPU, I would first establish whether the issue is Windows, the NVIDIA driver or an application using hardware acceleration.
I would:
Fully patch Server 2019.
Install the latest NVIDIA driver supported for that GPU and Server version.
Perform a clean driver installation.
Review Event ID 1000 in the Application log.
Check Windows Error Reporting.
Run:
dxdiag
If possible, temporarily test without GPU acceleration or using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.
If the problem still occurs on a fully patched server with a supported driver, collect the crash dump/WER information and investigate with Microsoft/NVIDIA.
